Client wanted a beautiful design presenting the 3 cosmetic brands they sell, and also advanced product filters that work fast and make it easy for the users to find products.
We analysed the user journey in the website and identified the weak UI/UX points of the website. A lot of problems were present in the online version.
We updated the design and improved the shopping journey for the users. There is also a significant improvement in the mobile version of the site.
The client already had a website but with a poor design. Another problem was the shopping experience of the customer. We had to minimise the number of clicks needed for a customer to finish an order.
Users get free gifts based on specific order value or specific items ordered.
Shop manager can login as any user in order to assist with preparing an order.
A custom plugin which allows reminders to be sent to customers that have not yet paid for their order.
Integration of additional product fields which allow for generating product feeds for external marketplaces.
An online shop, packed with functionalities for both the users and the shop managers.
Barcode scanner integration (allows shop manager to package orders without making a mistake – alerts when a wrong product is scanned, alerts for products not scanned, tracks product count if the quantity of an item is more than 1. Also the plugin edits the orders page by adding a button next to every order which leads to the product scanner page. Also an additional column is added showing if the order has been scanned or not.
Connecting the shop to Kaufland.de and automatically publishing the products every day through a custom feed. We created also a second product feed for the inventory management.
